Reasons for introduction
When we introduced a cylindrical grinding machine into our factory for the first time 35 years ago, it was your products that were delivered together as a standard ancillary machine for the grinding machine manufacturer.
It opened up our relationship with you. Since then, your products have always provided us the satisfactory accuracy with no serious trouble. This is why we have used your products for a long time by repeating the contract renewal.
Effect of introduction
As I mentioned above, we purchased Finetech’s products before I joined our company, and have ever used since then. Therefore, I am unable to verbally explain how our factory has changed by the introduction of your product. What I can say is that your product can be used continuously with high accuracy for our machining work that requires high precision, and that your product maintains a constant quality with no serious troubles or complaints. These are reasons for our continuous use of your product.
For all the 13 units of cylindrical grinding machines we are operating now, we use your Magnet Separator K Series combined with Paper Filters.
Even fine sludge that cannot be removed by Magnet Separator can be removed by Paper Filter. This results in the minimized amount of escaped sludge.
Finetech has an integrated type of Magnet Separator and Paper Filter, but for the configurations of our grinding machines, we use such a combination type. We owe this flexible usage to our predecessor who kept detailed communication with Finetech.
Maintenance and after-sale service
We use your products for a long time. For this very reason, it is indispensable for us to receive maintenance and after-sale service to them.
For example, I wondered why, while the usage and the use frequency are the same, only some parts are worn away. To such a small question of ours, you find the cause and explain us why in a clarifying way, and suggest to us how to counter and improve the problem. Therefore, we can use your products with no worry.
Taking this opportunity of interview, we plan to increase the periodical checkup frequency to prevent troubles and keep the present quality.
Although we are satisfied with the present situation after introduction, we would like to ask Finetech to give us many new suggestions constantly about new products, etc. in order for us to better our work environment.
Keeping on meeting the standards we aim at — In order to go on this from now on, which is a matter of course but difficult to fulfill, we will go on using Finetech’s products and keeping them updated.
